      (4) Test run for 5 minutes to confirm that the machine has no abnormal conditions, and then work normally;

      (5) The feed must be uniform, and no hard foreign matter can enter the hopper to prevent the screen from being damaged;

      (6) It is also possible to cut off the power supply of the motor directly during shutdown;

      (7) After each shift, the filter must be cleaned with water. Depending on the production situation, an additional net wash is required, and the machine is washed with warm water after the work is completed;

      (8) Always check whether the motor is overloaded and overheated. If the overheating is serious, it must be repaired with a call to maintenance personnel;

      (9) Check the transmission belt for aging or cracking, and replace it quickly if damaged;

      (10) Check whether the transmission belt is loose or too tight. It is usually appropriate to turn the belt 90 ° with your fingers. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjustment bolt at the motor base;

      (11) The bearing is regularly replaced with grease, and the normal operating temperature of the bearing is less than 80 ℃.
